Biocidal Products Directive (BPD)

The European Union is establishing a regulatory framework for the placing of biocidal products on the market, with a view to ensuring a high level of protection for man and the environment and the proper functioning of the common market.

The NCYC offers a service that provides companies with the information needed for completing the dossier requirements of section 1. Identify the micro-organism for the commission directive 2006/50/EC Annex 1VA to Directive 98/8/EC of the European Parliament and the Council of 16 February 1998.
