Bulk Supply of Brewing Cultures:

Per 7.5L YM nutrient broth/1L wet yeast: £300-£350

The NCYC can grow and supply strains from the collection in quantities up to approximately 1L of wet yeast. Bulk amounts are produced by growing yeast cultures in 7.5L of YM nutrient broth for 3 days at 25C on orbital shakers. Once grown the yeast is allowed to settle and the YM broth is decanted off under sterile conditions. This produces approximately 1L of wet yeast solids (exact amounts may vary), which are then supplied in Duran bottles packed in cool boxes.

Please contact the Collection manager for further details and a quote for delivery charges.
